ULN2803

ULN2803 Description:

The ULN2803 is a Darlington Transistor Array IC and is available in package(s): 18-Pin SOIC, DIP. The ULN2803A has a 2.7-k series base resistor for each Darlington pair for operation directly with TTL or 5-V CMOS devices.

The ULN2803 is currently sourced by Texas Instruments, STMicroelectronics and Toshiba.
