  • A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate power plane is recommended. Keep the clock signal traces short and away from noisy signals. Use a common mode filter or a ferrite bead to reduce EMI.

  • Use a 10uF ceramic capacitor and a 100nF ceramic capacitor in parallel, placed as close as possible to the VDD pin. Add a 1uF ceramic capacitor to the VDDA pin. Use a 10uF electrolytic capacitor for the VDDA pin if the device is far from the power supply.

  • The maximum clock frequency is 138.24 MHz, but it's recommended to use a frequency below 100 MHz to ensure optimal performance and minimize jitter.

  • Use the TI Clock Design Tool or the LMK00334RTVR datasheet's clock configuration tables to determine the correct register settings for your desired output frequency.

  • Power up the device in the following sequence: VDD, VDDA, and then the clock input. Ensure the power supplies are stable before applying the clock signal.
