  • The maximum output current of the TC1427CPA is 1.5A per channel, with a total maximum output current of 3A for both channels.

  • To ensure the stability of the output voltage, it is recommended to use a minimum output capacitance of 10uF and a maximum ESR of 1 ohm. Additionally, the input capacitance should be at least 10uF with an ESR of 1 ohm or less.

  • The EN (Enable) pin is used to enable or disable the device. When the EN pin is high, the device is enabled and the outputs are active. When the EN pin is low, the device is disabled and the outputs are in a high-impedance state.

  • The output voltage of the TC1427CPA can be adjusted by using an external resistor divider network connected to the FB (Feedback) pin. The output voltage can be calculated using the formula: Vout = 1.25V x (R1 + R2) / R2, where R1 and R2 are the resistors in the divider network.

  • The thermal shutdown temperature of the TC1427CPA is 150°C. If the junction temperature exceeds this value, the device will shut down to prevent damage.
