  • Use a metal shield around the device, ensure proper grounding, and follow the recommended PCB layout. Additionally, use a common mode choke and a ferrite bead in the power supply lines to reduce EMI.

  • The TDF8599ATH/N2CY can operate from -40°C to 125°C, but the recommended operating temperature range is -20°C to 85°C for optimal performance and reliability.

  • The POR and BOD features are enabled by default. To disable them, tie the POR/BOD pin to VDD or use an external resistor and capacitor to adjust the reset timing.

  • Use a 10uF ceramic capacitor and a 100nF ceramic capacitor in parallel, placed as close as possible to the device's power pins.
