The recommended operating voltage range for the BAS521,115 is 1.65 V to 5.5 V, although the absolute maximum rating is 6.5 V.
To ensure stability, it's essential to use a capacitor with a minimum value of 1 μF and an ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance) of less than 1 Ω between the output and ground. Additionally, the input capacitor should be at least 1 μF with an ESR of less than 1 Ω.
The BAS521,115 can provide a maximum output current of 150 mA. However, it's recommended to limit the output current to 100 mA for optimal performance and to prevent overheating.
The output voltage of the BAS521,115 can be calculated using the following formula: Vout = Vref × (1 + R1/R2), where Vref is the internal reference voltage (1.25 V), and R1 and R2 are the resistors connected to the output and adjust pins, respectively.
