  • Murata recommends a symmetrical PCB layout with a solid ground plane and a 50-ohm microstrip line for optimal performance. A reference design is available in the application note.

  • The BNX024H01L has a thermal pad on the bottom side, which should be connected to a thermal ground plane on the PCB. A thermal interface material (TIM) can be used to improve heat transfer. Ensure good airflow around the component and avoid blocking the airflow.

  • The BNX024H01L operates from -40°C to +85°C (-40°F to +185°F). However, the optimal operating temperature range is from 0°C to +70°C (32°F to +158°F) for best performance.
