    The PMP6845 reference design uses three TPS40140's to control 6 Synchronous Buck Phases. Main switch pair for each phase is the dual CSD86350Q5D. The optional added CSD16325Q5 for the low side enhances efficiency: especially at full load. Efficiency is 87.5% at full load and over 90% for loads from 20 thru 80A. Electrical and Thermal test results shown for both with and without the added CSD16325Q5. An on board dynamic load allows rapid load transients to be tested.
