MCR01MRTF3301 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • ROHM recommends a 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate power plane for the input and output. The input and output pins should be placed on opposite sides of the PCB to minimize noise coupling. Additionally, a 10nF capacitor should be placed between the input and ground pins to filter out high-frequency noise.

  • The MCR01MRTF3301 requires a bias voltage of 2.5V to 5.5V. Ensure that the bias voltage is stable and within the recommended range. A decoupling capacitor of 10uF or larger should be placed close to the bias pin to filter out noise and ensure stable operation.

  • The MCR01MRTF3301 has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. However, the device's performance may degrade at extreme temperatures. It's recommended to operate the device within the recommended temperature range for optimal performance and reliability.
