  • Use the thermal resistance (RθJA) and the power dissipation (PD) to calculate the junction temperature (TJ). TJ = TA + (RθJA * PD), where TA is the ambient temperature. Monitor the device's temperature to prevent overheating.

  • The PMEG10030ELPX has built-in ESD protection, but additional protection measures can be taken.
