L-com US | In stock and ready to ship today, L-com's Cat6a ix Industrial TRGIX601IN-TEL line of outdoor, industrial, high flex cables are designed for extreme applications where rugged, shielded cables are required. The 10gig ix Industrial connectors used in their construction are next generation Ethernet connectors that are 75% smaller than a typical RJ45. This allows for parallel 10mm pitch mounting which is ideal for daisy-chaining and connector dense applications. They have durable metal shells with high EMC resistance, a robust rating of 5,000 mating cycles and up to 10gigbit through-put for Category 6a or 7 use. They are also backwards compatible with Category 5e and Category 6 applications. High resistance to vibration and motion along with a lockdown pins contribute to a 25N disengage force which allows ix connectors to function in spaces where a standard RJ45 would fail. TRGIX601IN series is built with an ix Industrial A key plug/male to an ix Industrial A key plug/male. It is designed with a tough CM/CMX rated TPE jacket that is resistant to moisture, oils, chemicals, weld spatter and ultra-violet radiation (sunlight) that is also high-flex, continuous motion and PoE rated. Double shielded SF/UTP construction with overall foil and braid shields protects your application from data destroying EMI and RFI. The ix Industrial connectors meet IEC 61076-3-124 standards and are recognized as an official Machine Vision connector. TRGIX601IN-TEL-1M is 1 meter or about 3.3 feet in length. Jacket color is teal. L-com Category 6a, 10g rated TRGIX Industrial series cable assemblies are available with industrial, outdoor, high flex jackets as well as low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) and economical PVC jacket options. Connector combinations for all jacket types in both ix A and B keys include: ix plug to ix plug, ix plug to RJ45 plug and ix plug to RJ45 jack. ix to RJ45 plug type cables can be used to bridge ix equipment with traditional devices that use standard RJ45 connectors. ix to RJ45 jack type assemblies can be used to changeover existing RJ45 male cables to ix if required. ix A key is designed for Ethernet use while ix B key is meant for non-Ethernet use such as signaling, serial or industrial bus communications.
