The ISF2415 can drive up to 10uF of capacitive load, but it's recommended to derate the output voltage and current to ensure stable operation.

The ISF2415 has a thermal pad on the bottom of the package, which should be connected to a copper plane on the PCB to dissipate heat. Additionally, ensure good airflow around the device and avoid blocking the airflow with components or obstacles.
