  • The maximum input voltage is 40V, but it's recommended to keep it below 35V for reliable operation.

  • To ensure a stable output voltage, make sure to use the recommended output capacitor value (10uF to 22uF) and keep the input voltage within the recommended range. Also, ensure the PCB layout is well-designed to minimize noise and electromagnetic interference.

  • The minimum input voltage required is 7V, but it's recommended to keep it above 8V for reliable operation.

  • The LM2574MX-12/NOPB can operate up to 125°C, but the output current may need to be derated at higher temperatures. Consult the datasheet for thermal derating curves.

  • The output voltage is fixed at 12V for the LM2574MX-12/NOPB. However, if you need a different output voltage, you can use the adjustable version (LM2574MX-ADJ) and calculate the output voltage using the formula: Vout = 1.23 * (1 + R2/R1), where R1 and R2 are the feedback resistors.
