5V 45A Dual Phase Synchronous Buck Reference Design
This is a synchronous buck reference design that uses TPS40322 in a dual phase topology. It is meant for 12V nominal input voltage and outputs 5V and is capable of providing up to 45A combined on both phases with excellent current sharing. The full load efficiency is 96.7% which provides great thermal performance as well as ripple and transient performance.

9 - 15V Input: 3.3V@25A and 5V@25A using the TPS40322
The PMP6857 reference design uses the TPS40322 to generate 5V and 3.3V outputs. The supplies are capable of 25A output each. The design also takes advantage of high performance compact MOSFETs (CSD87353) to achieve efficiency over 95% for most of the load range.

Flexible High Current IGBT Gate Driver with Reinforced Digital Isolator Reference Design
The TIDA-00448 reference design is an isolated IGBT gate driver with bipolar gate voltages intended for driving high power IGBT’s requiring high peak gate current up to 40 A. TI’s NexFET power blocks which scales in this range: with same package: enables single design to be used for multiple drive platforms with different power ratings. A Digital isolator is used to achieve reinforced isolation with transient surge rating of 8kV and 50kV CMTI. The design incorporates DESAT protection using a fast transient response comparator. The DESAT detection threshold and the soft turn-off time are configurable. The design can interface with PWMs from 3.3 V and 5 V MCUs along with fault: reset and UVLO feedbacks.

97% efficiency: 125W: Wide input Synchronous 4-Switch Buck-Boost Battery Charger Reference Design
PMP10594 is a synchronous 4-switch buck-boost converter reference design which utilizes the LM5175 controller for battery charger applications. The output voltage set point can be adjusted by a PWM signal over the range of 7.1V to 9.2V. I2C programming allows independent control of the average input current and charge current. Full scale input current limiting is 6A: while charge current is programmable to 12.5A. The LM5175 average current loop sets a maximum output current of 20A: which should never engage under normal circumstances. Additional pulse-by-pulse current limiting is inherent in the current-mode controller: making this a very robust design. A battery disconnect switch is used to provide trickle charging if the battery voltage is less than 6V.
