  • The maximum input voltage that can be applied to the LM350AT is 35V, but it's recommended to keep it below 30V for reliable operation.

  • To ensure stability, make sure to use a minimum output capacitance of 10uF, and a minimum ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance) of 0.5 ohms. Also, keep the input and output capacitors close to the regulator.

  • The minimum input voltage required for the LM350AT to regulate properly is 3V above the output voltage. For example, if the output voltage is 5V, the minimum input voltage should be at least 8V.

  • The LM350AT is rated for operation up to 125°C, but its performance may degrade at high temperatures. It's recommended to derate the output current and input voltage at high temperatures to ensure reliable operation.
