  • To reduce EMI, use a shielded enclosure, keep the layout compact, and use a ground plane to reduce radiation. Place the input and output capacitors close to the device, and use a common-mode choke or a ferrite bead to filter out high-frequency noise.

  • The recommended output capacitor value is typically in the range of 1-100 μF, depending on the application. A low-ESR ceramic capacitor or a film capacitor is recommended to minimize voltage ripple and ensure stable operation.
